Job Description

Company : Auto Bavaria Retail Set up a BEV committee comprising all the High Voltage Experts from the Operating Units (\'Ous\') Liaise with the training department to ensure all High Voltage Training are carried out for the Distribution brands by Retail & Distribution Malaysia (\'R&D\') Centralised Training Academy remains valid and up to date. Ensure consistency in the High Voltage Training across all OUs Set up and maintain AC & DC BEV charger reporting for R&D Malaysia R& to monitor utilisation as well as electricity consumption per location Collaborate with the Ous Head - After Sales and Marketing to come up with initiatives to increase the revenue generated per BEV job. Ensure all the OUs in R&D Malaysia have the necessary BEV equipment, PPE, and special tools. Carry out ad hoc audits of the equipment, PPE, and special tools. Monitor the quality of the technical reports submitted per OU within R&D Malaysia to ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained. Collaborate with OUs within R&D Malaysia to hold regular BEV owners\' workshops to update customers on the latest trends with regards to the BEV charging network as well as to provide refresher training to the customers on the functions of their vehicles. Remain up to date and well informed of the competitor brands\' status (new models, features, charger infrastructure, aftersales offering etc.) Collaborate with R&D Malaysia Marketing teams to regularly provide updates on BEV charger network expansion to our BEV customer base. Liaise and collaborate with Sime Darby Motors ESH Team to ensure that all the safety requirements per OU with regards to BEV firefighting equipment and training About us : Auto Bavaria, a subsidiary of the Sime Darby Group, is the leading retail and service organization for BMW, MINI and Motorrad in Malaysia.
