Job Description

In your new role you will: Ensure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infra services. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero Incident and meeting Key Department result. Attend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF OM Manager on any excursion. Monitor and follow up status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM. Analysis complaints data in monthly basis for departmental performance review. Update, track, monitor Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance in SAP-PM. Monitor and update Facility operation stability through SPC and react in any case of unstability which need attention. Working together with other Facility Operation, Engineering and Project team in meeting departmental objectives. Manage teams of contractors on the operation of the CDA, Vacuum, Gases and FMCS services, monitor and track KPI fulfillment. Ensure work place is maintained and performs in accordance to 5S practice, ESH requirements and statutory compliance. Embark in FM improvement program assignment (Competencies development, FM Documentation harmonization, KPI review and tracking etc.) Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related studies IATF 16949 FMCS, SPC RCM & FMECA SAP Application Legal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA, etc) Green Line and Clean Room requirement 8D Methodology Project Management, PNID, AUTOCAD Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
