Functional (job responsibilities)
Investor Relations
1) Perform financial analysis / benchmarking of local and regional peers\xe2\x80\x99 performance, to understand how the Bank fares and identify potential opportunities
2) Assist with scheduling of IR activities and preparation of presentation and reference materials
3) Support formal investor and media communication for quarterly results announcement
4) Review analysts\xe2\x80\x99 report and highlight commentaries / concerns
5) Assist in the coordination and preparation of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s annual report
6) Provide support for all rating exercises

Corporate Finance
1) Provide support for M&A and investment activities from evaluation, execution through to completion of the transaction
2) Perform research, financial analysis / modelling and valuation of targets
3) Evaluate the prospect with recommendation, supported with both commercial and financial justifications
4) Assist in deal execution and closing of transaction, including but not limited to review of transaction documentation, obtaining board and shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 approval, deal structuring and funding/capital considerations
5) Support debt and equity capital raising for the Bank and ensure governance of existing debt/capital programme
