• To lead and managed a team of finance operations members in PTP and OTC. Ensuring operations team achieve targeted Service Level commitments and Key Performance Indicators.

• To support and drive finance process transformations by assessing, establishing, and calibrate efficiencies of processes.

• To establish a platform to improve the current process standardization through process mapping, reengineering, standard operating procedure development, and execution of the processes.

• Responsible to lead and support project implementations to Finance Shared Services. To act as a key leader to build, coordinate, transition, and deliver defined project deliverables.

• To lead and collaborate with operational leaders and Business Unit in establishing early life support and operational stabilization.

Key Accountabilities

• Involved in managing and collaborate with all levels of finance operations as part of ongoing transition and transformation activities.

• Strong project management skill in leading finance process design and finance project migration. To fulfill audit requirements to meet the deliverables of the project as per the pre-defined milestones, facilitating timely completion of all deliverables whilst managing resources, deadlines and budgetary requirements.

• Work closely with each sub-region business unit, Donaldson Controllers and Finance leadership team to continue improve the process and drive process efficiencies.

• Willingness to learn new process and best practice meanwhile to work as part of Donaldson global team to implement the global process as well as drive process standardization.

• Establishing standard operating procedure and all necessary operating documents during transition and during early life support. Ensuring evergreen process on SOPs.

• Ensuring staff productivity achievement in timeliness and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Managed a team of operational team. Particularly experience in managing day to day operations of accounts payable, account receivables, monthly reporting, general ledger, tax, statutory reporting and all other finance/accounting related functions.

• Strong understanding of problem-solving skills / framework (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Agile) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of, and experience with ERP (Oracle) is preferred.

• Proficiencies in using MS Office product suites.

• Possess good communication skills in writing, speaking and presentation skills.

• Strong analytic skills and innovation mindset.

• Lead and managed small to large scale projects.

• Have good people management skills.

• Ability to prioritize work and able to work with different time zone.

• Proficiencies in English. (Mandarin or Japanese or Korean or French or Italian or German would-be value add)

• Willingness to travel upon request.

The position is for 12 months contract.
