Job Summary Individual contributor and main driver of implementation, migration, testing and continuous improvement initiatives related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s key financial systems, namely the IFS financial module, Prophix management reporting system and SigmaConso consolidation system. IFS is the key ERP system used by the Group. The candidate is responsible for harmonisation, improvement and optimisation of the processes and workflows across the Group\xe2\x80\x99s key financial systems. This will be done in close cooperation with the global Finance teams, FP&A, IT and ERP support teams, other Group Corporate departments, and under the supervision of the Controller, Group Consolidation & Processes and Group Chief Financial Officer. The candidate will also have direct accountability to fulfill FP&A needs on the Prophix system and ensure its success as one of company\xe2\x80\x99s key financial systems under the direction of the Group Head, FP&A Lead. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and co-ordinate implementation, migration and testing of key financial systems within agreed timelines with alignment to business requirements. The candidate is the focal expert who supports the management, administration and optimisation of the key financial systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the introduction and implementation of new /relevant functionalities for key financial systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review current processes of key financial systems for improvement, including tracking and monitoring after implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and update process workflow policy and procedures for key financial systems, in collaboration with the Group Accounting Policy & Process Team, FP&A Team and ERP Support Team \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and co-ordinate communication and collaboration with stakeholders in key financial systems\xe2\x80\x99 initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support ERP financial information dissemination to transaction owners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with outsourced consultants to ensure continued smooth operation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s key financial systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities for optimisation of key financial systems after implementations, make recommendations and drive implementations for improved efficiency and effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and drive the potential alignment and improvements on the master data in IFS to enable the required set up and functionality in Prophix and SigmaConso. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and training of key financial systems to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance / Accounting or similar educational qualification. Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant is an added advantage Skills & Experiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant hands-on ERP system implementation in listed companies or MNCs with global operations, including project management of system implementation(s). \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous with understanding and documentation of ERP system workflows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in IFS ERP, Prophix and SigmaConso systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Oil and Gas and related industries, and Shared Services Organisations is an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in writing scripts using SQL to extract financial data from databases and generate customized reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 External audit or advisory experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm is an added advantage Our business: We are a leading international resourcing consultancy with thirteen offices across Europe and Asia Pacific (London, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Brussels, Munich, D\xc3\xbcsseldorf, Zurich, Singapore, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur).
