Develop frameworks and best practices for data extraction across CIMB internal systems.
Identify key objectives, financial metrics, and other performance measures for the department.
Stay updated on the digital landscape to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Provide advice and support to stakeholders to help achieve the Group's overall business objectives.
Business Performance and Management
Work closely with business and channel owners to conceptualize and execute A/B testing using Adobe Target to optimize CIMB Group websites for higher sales and revenue generation.
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to understand the context and objectives of analyses and independently structure the analysis.
Analyze and interpret data to enhance customer segmentation, improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Conduct detailed analyses and provide actionable recommendations to improve the digital user experience.
Maintain expertise in web analytics, web/app personalization best practices, and relevant tools.
Perform any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by management as needed.
People Management
Manage the performance of stakeholders and the management team.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all Group Consumer operations comply with Group, local, and regional regulations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, SGX, etc.) and external audit standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the related field.
