Objectives of the Position

This role will be working closely with the GB/H Leadership Team (LT), responsible for Human Resources (HR) policies and solutions for the division Global Business (GB). The activities deployed by the global HR solutions team need to contribute to the GB overall strategy and should be relevant for the local GB/H teams.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Implement global solutions related to Talent development, like a global process/timeline, joint talent card and harmonized talent criteria
• Prepare and conduct the talent reviews on regional & cluster level together with the responsible HR Business Partners.
• Execute Succession Planning level 5 Key positions and the co-creation of a plan for gaps
• Create a community and knowledge base within GB/H regarding Talent & Executive Development
• Coordinate activities on development and Get to Know (G2K) activities for talents / executive candidates.
• Prepare the Executive Dialogue with COH and the pre-meeting with the GB Executive Team.
• Contribute to activities related to external hire of talents and GB attractiveness.
• Coordinate global HR initiatives related to Talent & Executive Development, like a BASF selection process.
• Provide service to the GB/H LT members regarding Talent & Executive Development topics

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor in HR / Psychology
• Minimum of 5 years Job Experience in Talent Development, passion for developing people
• Experienced in working with senior leaders
• Language Skills: fluent in English
• Project management experience
• Service Mindset, organizational sensitivity and great team spirit
