Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Responsible in marketing HLISB\xe2\x80\x99s execution capabilities, contribute to team strategy and deliver a high level of customer service to FI/GLC segments;
  • To execute client\xe2\x80\x99s sales order in the most efficient manner and timely basis without errors;
  • To develop new FI/GLC client relationships, and firmly fostering better relationship with current existing client by conducting marketing lunches / product presentation;
  • To achieve the individual and team budget.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • To provide support to fellow team members within the team and to achieve the desk budget;
  • Review team SOPs and process flows;
  • Participate or contribute in system enhancements/ad-hoc projects;
  • Plan and organize learning/training sessions for internal GM staff or with cross business functions e.g. PFS/BCB staff.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policy;
  • Working in close partnership with all control functions such as Back Office, Middle Office, Legal Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control
infrastructure and smooth operation of business; * Provide support to cross business functions e.g., PFS Relationship Managers/BCB Account Relationship Managers/branches in carrying out their businesses.

Jobholder Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualification
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years in Financial Markets environment, preferably in sales role with strong credit knowledge and customer base;
  • Have experience leading / managing a team.
Certification/Licensing Requirements
  • Candidate must be PPKM licensed dealer.
Special Skills
  • Possess deep understanding of market knowledge and movement & multiple asset classes;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders;
  • A strong team player, highly motivated and proactive with high level of integrity.
