Manager Hr People Services Operational Excellence
Job Description
In your new role you will: Ensure that operational excellence services and tasks are executed in a timely manner and meet the required quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a global perspective, and ensuring that regional roles align closely with their global counterparts. Ensure that all operational and tactical actions are in line with the People Services hub strategy. Act as an ambassador for Infineon values and promote them within the team. Manage stakeholders within the People Services organization, both regionally and globally. Foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing among team members. Collaborate with HR leadership at the hub level to establish HR operational excellence goals and objectives that align with the overall HR and organizational strategy. Facilitate smooth transitions during task transfers and maintain employee engagement throughout the change journey. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Social Sciences/ IT or related field of studies Proficiency in HR standard processes, tools, and systems Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
