1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
3. In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
2. Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement, industrial relations, KPI and administration.
3. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations professionally and in accordance with company policy and labor law.
5. Drive organizational development initiatives including learning & development succession planning, and talent management.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Administration team to deliver professional, efficient, and value-added services.
7. To lead the IT department in its support of the Organisation through the introduction and maintenance of best practice in the professional high-quality provision of IT infrastructure, telecommunications and systems.
8. Maintain current knowledge and application of all relevant laws and regulations at the local, state and national level relating to employment and ensure organizational compliance. This include educating and advising HODs on HR related legal and regulatory matters and ensuring HR programs, practices and policies are aligned.
