Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Legal background is an added advantage, particularly in handling industrial relations, compliance, and disciplinary matters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement, industrial relations, KPI and administration.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations professionally and in accordance with company policy and labour law.
Drive organizational development initiatives including learning & development, succession planning, and talent management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Administration team to deliver professional, efficient, and value-added services.
Lead the IT department in supporting the organisation through the introduction and maintenance of best practices in the provision of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of relevant local, state, and national employment laws to ensure organizational compliance. This includes advising HODs on HR-related legal and regulatory matters and ensuring HR programs and policies remain aligned.
