MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS (HRGA) Location: Shah Alam Salary: RM 7,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 RM10,000 Duties/Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute Staff Compensation and Benefits. \xc2\xb7 Managing the Training and Development plans. \xc2\xb7 Active involvement in the Recruitment process from start to end, by offering recruitment strategies to hire the right talent. \xc2\xb7 Develop human resources operations financial strategies by forecasting, and anticipating manpower requirements, and preparing the yearly budgets for the Department\xe2\x80\x99s expenses. \xc2\xb7 Research, develop, propose, and revise policies, and procedures, and guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Implement Human Resource processes, and metrics to attract, retain and develop excellent employees as part of succession planning. \xc2\xb7 Oversee all matters relating to Payroll. \xc2\xb7 Review the data inside HRIS. \xc2\xb7 Handle the company performance management related matters. \xc2\xb7 Handle disciplinary issues and proposing fair and just proposition in accordance with the employment law and able to mitigate legal risk. \xc2\xb7 Handle and manage the General Affairs task for the Department. \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership and support to the Department in implementing overall human resources plan. \xc2\xb7 Support management by providing Human Resources advice and information. \xc2\xb7 To communicate with related Government authority bodies. \xc2\xb7 To communicate with MISIF, MIHRM & MEF. \xc2\xb7 To manage the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Event, Welfare program and external activities. \xc2\xb7 Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with organizational goals. \xc2\xb7 Strong recruitment and selection skills, including the ability to assess candidates\' qualifications and cultural fit. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Education and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or any related equivalent qualification. \xc2\xb7 At least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience. Candidates currently holding a managerial position is encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 Experience in dealing with Union and Foreign Worker matters is AN added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
