Job Description

With a strong presence in Hospitality Management, we continue to expand rapidly and are now inviting dynamic, driven, and experienced individuals to be part of our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and delivering impactful training programs that support our people, strengthen our culture, and enhance business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities



Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Plan, implement, and review the entire training cycle -- from identifying needs to evaluating results.

Develop and deliver diverse programs, including onboarding, leadership development, service excellence, compliance, and skill-building workshops.

Manage HRDC-claimable courses and ensure all submissions and claims comply with procedural and documentation requirements.

Monitor training participation, outcomes, and ROI, preparing regular reports and insights for management review.

Partner with department heads to align HR and training initiatives with business goals and operational needs.

Source, coordinate, and manage both internal and external trainers to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences.

Organize employee engagement and welfare programs to promote a positive and motivated workplace culture.

Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

Administer performance management processes -- setting objectives, guiding appraisals, and supporting improvement plans.

Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation and organizational standards.

Lead initiatives to enhance staff engagement, retention, and talent development across the organization.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing the full spectrum of HR and training functions. In-depth understanding of HR best practices, Malaysian labour laws, and HRDC requirements. Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels. Hotel or hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage. Ability to commence work on short notice will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
