MANAGER I, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Description

This role will be responsible to perform the duty as a principal architect who serves as the leading architectural of the department and guiding design projects for buildings.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Lead in the design management and coordination of project with consultants to ensure timely submission to authorities and within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
2. Formulate and implement effective and efficient architecture plans on various projects.
3. Work closely with stakeholders such as project management to understand their requirements and deliver products within budget and high quality standard.
4. Provide timely reports to Management and prepare quarterly and annual architecture business plan.
5. Provide advice and analysis, responsible for researching, evaluating and recommending cutting-edge high-rise and landed property development.
6. The pursuit of works will be in a collaborative manner with other In-House subject matter experts, as required.
7. Oversee design and product development.
8. Have an advanced understanding of architecture to manage designs and guide team members.
9. Ensure compliance with the latest requirements of regulations, by-laws and others.
10. To achieve success, this position will work directly with the business development group to develop visionary plans.
11. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

12. To ensure that you have a clear and accurate understanding of the industry you are operating in, including operational challenges, trends affecting your industry and accurate competitor analysis.

Education

Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Experience

Minimum of 5 years working experience in an architecture consultancy firm and having lead a team of architects
