Control the escalation of issues from the infrastructure and IT operations departments.
Design, construct, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions that address system, storage, network, and telecom components according to business needs and in line with the architecture and standards of the Digital Hub.
Fulfill corporate demands, provide enterprise-wide system, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, networking, and telecom system solutions.
Specify the needs for the IT infrastructure solution, and then critically assess and choose the architecture, technology, system, storage, network, and telecommunications components and services that best satisfy those needs.
Analyze upcoming and present capacity planning, and create strategies for evolutionary growth.
Job responsibilities:
Control the operational support for IT activities to make sure that the support is consistent with the OLAs.
Monitor the systems dangers and security warnings as they are resolved.
Implement process reengineering or enhancements for operations and associated tasks.
Observe the service desk system to see how concerns brought to the Service Desk staff are resolved.
Verify that all operational and support work is accurately recorded.
Review and improve standard operating procedures on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the vendor management team to ensure that the suppliers provide timely assistance and carry out change requests.
Verify that there are SLAs for the suppliers for all active systems and apps.
Ensure the given products and services satisfy business users.
Contribute to the creation of the yearly operational and financial strategy for product maintenance and support.
Determine potential operational issues and provide solutions.
