Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager - IT with a deep understanding of NetSuite Oracle to manage and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure, support business systems, and lead a team of IT professionals.

Qualifications:

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications

:

NetSuite Certification (Administrator, Developer, or ERP Consultant) is strongly preferred. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco) would be beneficial.

Experience

:

5+ years of experience in an IT management role, with a strong background in ERP systems. 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with NetSuite Oracle, including customization, administration, and support. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading IT projects. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and databases.

Technical Skills

:

Advanced proficiency in NetSuite Oracle ERP system, including financial, supply chain, and CRM modules. Strong understanding of SQL, scripting languages (SuiteScript, JavaScript), and web services integration. Familiarity with other ERP systems or cloud-based applications is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure is desirable.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
