QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Management, business or related field, Master's Degree or post Bachelor certificate and professional credentials

- Minimum 8 years in IT support or operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Familiar with government sector projects or support systems for Pejabat Tanah.

- Experience supporting web-based systems or client-server applications.

- Understanding of data sensitivity and compliance in the public sector.

- Ability to work with government stakeholders and understand user needs.

- Very good leadership, interpersonal skills and good customer facing attitude

- Self-motivated and can work well under pressure

- Very good ability to adapt to change

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Executing the Rollout according to agreed scope and contractual commitment

Ensure progress reporting within the defined tools (Milestones)

Attend Project meetings and report progress to the top management

Schedule and run weekly meetings with the service provider

Ensure the agreed quality

Day-to-day operative Rollout planning.

Problem solving for all day to day related Rollout issues

Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication

. Monitor and review service levels.

Aim customer satisfaction

Handle ad hoc task given by Superior

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
