Develop best practices and governance as well as influence the Local Sales Leadership in: Field performance target setting and tracking; Field sales performance forecasting and tracking; Field capacity planning and territory alignment.
Collaborate with HR, Local Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to design, develop and track field incentive programs (e.g. SIP, President\xe2\x80\x99s Club, RSU, etc).
Partner with Local Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop best practices and continuously review customer segmentation.
Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as develop processes to enhance sales operations.
Be the voice of the field in the implementation of systems and technologies in pursuit of field excellence and productivity.
Champion the utilization of field systems and ensure its continuity (e.g. Field Compensation system, Field Planning system).
Collaborate with Regional Commercial Ops peers in championing CRM adoption, ensuring CRM data robustness and drive decision-making using data.
What you\'ll need (Requirements):
Bachelor Degree or higher in any fields.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a direct or indirect field or equivalent role (e.g. Sales Operations and/or Sales Management).

Experience working in a matrixed organization and adept at influencing without authority.
Experience in build and maintain interpersonal relationship with local sales leadership and stakeholders for win-wins.
In a multinational and regional environment, working with colleagues of different background and culture as well as communicating over teleconferences.

Deliverables may be structured into projects, and comfortable with ownership, working with timelines and making judgements on effort.
Good command of English as most of the stakeholders are based in JAPAC.
Japanese and Mandarin language capability is an added advantage.
