Requirements:



Proficient in both Malay and English. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification. Ability to plan and manage staffing levels within the assigned department. Experience in managing recruitment activities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and monitoring employees. Strong ability to communicate job expectations and responsibilities, as well as to supervise, discipline, manage, and oversee employees and work systems. Ensure all employees comply with company rules, policies, procedures, and regulations while meeting established productivity targets. Evaluate employee performance and operational systems to identify trends and recommend improvements.
