Diploma or Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic)
5-8 years of working experience with heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, trucks, etc.)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Familiarity with workshop operations and safety regulations is essential.
