What the day will look like


:
Deliver Financial & Business Growth Objectives

  • Focus on increasing existing market share and growth on Medical Indemnity Insurance (MMI) Scheme and healthcare portfolio
  • Drive Sales Performance & Effectiveness
  • To build and enhance the sales and marketing structure in MMI and healthcare portfolio
  • Meet Sales Effectiveness KPIs by ensuring compliance in the areas of Aon Connect metrics, Sales Process & Branding and LMPs.
  • Drive discipline and optimal use of Aon Connect as the single tool for new business pipeline management and financial forecasting.

Client & Claims Management/Satisfaction
  • Contribute & lead client service, claims management & advocacy on existing clientele and new client acquisitions objectives
  • Work with Insurers on tailored insurance solutions as client\xe2\x80\x99s advocate
  • Build relationship with Carriers/Insurers and Co-Insurers with a Quarterly action plan to provide updates on the scheme performance, revenue, claims statistics.
  • Managing daily claims with Insurers and clients including checking on reserving by Insurers
  • Keeping track of claims status and update with Insurers
  • Conducting quarterly claims meeting with Insurers to discuss on claims management, issues with claims and updates

Aon OpEx metrics
  • Ensure compliance in the areas of Aon Client Promise, Asia Brokers Guide, Contract Penetration and Certainty, Data Quality Management, Invoice Performance, Overdue Renewals, Time Recording System, Standard Commission Grid variance approval/escalation process, Fee Review Process.

Execute Aon United Blueprint
  • Deliver Aon United \xe2\x80\x93 support Aon United Growth Plays
  • Support in country Aon Business Services (ABS) agenda. Work closely with CPU team on invoicing and various processing functions for MMI and Healthcare Solutions lines and enforce data quality management.

Skills and experience that will lead to success


Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences
  • Matured and at least minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the insurance industry or other industry managing claims and customer service interaction.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline. General insurance academic qualification and/or Bachelor in Law (LLB) would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Operationally efficient and sound.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) applications.
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work efficiently, independently and multi task.
