\xe2\x80\xa2 Working independently towards acquiring Business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Closure of leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to handle & materialize all kinds of sales queries related to Flights, Hotels, Holidays & other Travel Related Services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive business from SOTO Business prominent Agencies in Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuation of existing community business which he/she might be currently handling & look to add more. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should understand OTA Business & Pitching to Travel Agencies & Travel Technology Company \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Knowledge of any CRS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Communication & customer service skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Closing queries through Call / Email & other means of communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing Expertise & Ideas to contribute towards Business growth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily Administration including Banking transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of daily Cash Tracker records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with Accounts team on Billing / Settlement & other financial matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with Central Operations team for any Operations related matters / handovers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to work timing & floor Discipline as per company policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with cross location Akbar Travels Branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any Miscellaneous activities towards completion of Sale. \xe2\x80\xa2 Specific Sales Targets to be starting from fourth Month of Joining. Would need to strive towards fulfilment & exceeding the same. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in all Administration responsibilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting up of small team for Local Operations support to the clients (Local Language Compatibility). \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with centralized contact center team for Non \xe2\x80\x93 Business hours Operation support. \xe2\x80\xa2 All Assistance in Branch Set-up as & when required.
