POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Monitor and constantly review, update and improve all aspects of land management service to all business unit in particular compliance of all policies pertaining land administration, SOPs, land statutory requirements in land dealings. Provide land advisory and facilitation to the Group in respect of the land related matters. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
To formulate and implement the land development and management policies. Ensure implementation of land development activities and other related land matter in conformity to the policies.
Management land and property related matters for the Group and Subsidiaries.
Monitoring and up keeping of land inventories, ensuring payment of periodical rates such as quit rent, assessment fees and lease rental for land holding.
Facilitating business units in land dealing/land development and ensure compliance of statutory requirements and accordance to the set policies and procedures laid in the Government regulations.
Improve commercial revenues and promote new business assisting identification of new land and property business and potential commercial activities on airport and land property.
Identify and resolve outstanding land lease issues with the Government.
Liaise and foster relationship with government agencies at Federal and state level, consultants, strategic partners, property players, stakeholders and related authorities.

Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with minimum 2 years relevant experience in Executive role
