Job Description

: * Lead optimum design analysis related to Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Floating Structure options and quality evaluation of detailed design by ensuring accuracy and integrity of data to meet overall project objective and ensure contractor\'s compliance to contractual agreement in project design engineering for optimum fabrication.

• Drive Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Floating Structure engineering deliverables during pre-development stage by providing technical advocacy on site design basis, conceptual study and feasibility study to ensure facilities are designed and developed meeting business and project objective.
• Drive review of contract management, ensure project (e.g., construction, installation and commissioning) is executed meeting Safe, On Time On Budget, and On Scope objective, and project close out is documented according to PETRONAS Data Standards.
• Lead Technical Assessment and Solutioning for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Floating Structure design integrity issues.
• Drive best practice and technology advancement for new Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Floating Structures technology, technical procedures and technical design or specification embedded with effective cost optimization that meet project, operational and business requirements/standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil, Structural, Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering or any related disciplines
• Any related professional qualification or advanced degree would be an advantage.

Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Oil and Gas offshore or Marine industry
• Experienced in offshore Floating Structure (LNG and LCO2) activities, registered with BEM (Board of Engineering Malaysia) or Member of Professional Bodies (e.g.RINA, Imaret, SPE, IEM) would be an added advantage.
