Manage leasing activities - Plan and implement the tenancy mix. Formulate and implement dynamic and effective leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenancy mix - Source for new and potential tenants with good retail concept for retail space in line with the tenant mix planning (new tenants and renewal cases). - Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of spaces at the property - Maintain relationships with existing residents/tenants in addressing issues and concerns while exploring opportunities to include buying, selling and leasing with prospective clients - Handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals for assigned portfolio - Initiate and oversee property related contracts to include buying, selling and leasing, payments collection, routine maintenance repairs, and capital replacement processes - Manage property operations to include buying, selling and leasing in order to achieve budget goals - Work with asset managers to achieve optimum property occupancy/revenue - Ensure that properties comply with real estate regulations - Conduct market research to keep abreast of property market and trends - Hire, train, facilitate, and supervise property maintenance staff Manage leasing sales and marketing - Manage new sales opportunities - Manage implementation of marketing strategies - Promote the organisational brand Mall enhancement - Involve in mall\'s asset enhancement initiatives via active contribution in repositioning and restructuring of trade mix as well as reconfiguration works that will increase rental yield and further add value to the mall
