In this role, you will take ownership of the team's technical direction, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.Your focus will be driving automation, ensuring best practices in infrastructure management, and aligning team efforts with organizational goals. Strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on technical expertise are essential for success in this role.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead the team in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee the adoption and application of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to standardize and streamline infrastructure management.
• Guide the team in optimizing networking configurations to ensure robust connectivity and security.
• Take responsibility for maintaining high availability, reliability, and performance across all cloud systems.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud infrastructure strategies with business goals.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• Proven expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems and capabilities.
• A strong drive to lead automation efforts, leveraging scripting and tooling to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and a track record of implementing them effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in networking configurations, including VPNs, subnets, and load balancing, with a focus on designing secure and scalable solutions.
• Solid knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strategic experience in capacity planning, cost analysis, and budgeting for cloud infrastructure, enabling efficient resource utilization.
• A proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
