Manager, Loan Collection & Recovery
Job Description
Responsible for the collection and recovery of delinquent accounts
Develop, manage and refine collection processes and performance tracking
Carry out comprehensive portfolio analysis, encompassing development of key performance indicator (KPI) and trends
Accountable on keeping track of collection & reporting
Monitor and report market trends, competitor analysis and solving customer issues
Liaise with legal team on initiating and withdrawal of litigation proceedings
Manage a team of collection officer to achieve target
Keeping abreast of business trend and market changes
Develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and business partners
To ensure confidentiality of all protected information
Take on additional tasks or assignment as at when required
Job Requirements:
Candidate must posses at least a
Degree
or equivalent and above inBanking / Finance/Business/Accounting
or equivalent At least7-10 years of working experience
in related field Matured personality with interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all levels Experienced in hire purchase / vehicle leasing is added advantage with excellent analytical and numerical skills Posses a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility; strong planning and organization skills; and able to complete assignment in a timely manner Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office applications Applicant must posses a valid driving license and willing to travelJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
