Responsibilities Responsible for the achievement of Affinity sales and online business targets. Identify potential business partnerships in the market and within the existing clients. Advise on growth strategies of partnership with feedback, research and analysis as a foundation for business strategy development. Develop digital marketing strategies/propositions to grow and expand online business. Manage business relationships, communicate and work closely with Affinity team members, marketing officers (MOs), and business partners. Identify, develop, and negotiate corporate agreements to build long term and sustainable business. Oversee and plan marketing campaigns, production and delivery; ensuring timeliness and quality. Monitor and report on all marketing activities, using deliverables and KPI\'s to measure success. Work alongside company key departments to ensure the successful launch of partnerships whilst complying with internal processes and regulations/guidelines. Proactively maintain and improve processes with digitalisation/automation to ease the way of doing business. Requirements Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII. Minimum Seven (7) years of relevant digital online and partnership working experience, preferably in the general insurance industry. Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority. A sales and performance driven individual with strong knowledge of analytics tools and a knack for numbers. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategy. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point.
