Functional (job responsibilities)
- Responsible in analytics task within Data Governance and Management area which include the bellows
- Provide analytical insights for Management, Marketing, Data Governance Research and Middle Office
- Execute data analytics related Project and Research to provide actionable insights for management decision making
- Perform data profiling and database structure research in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.
- Participate in data governance policy creation, management, and analyzing potential impacts of policy choices under consideration
- Document and maintain data standards, partnering with functional and business data owners to map existing data structures, usage, and common definitions
- Design, build, and execute efficient and accurate control structures to assess data quality and compliance to data governance policy
- Provide consultative support for stakeholders, advising on policies, standards, and guidelines
- Maintain, review, and improve upon the data marts and extraction scripts to create production efficiencies
- Part of the enabler team to develop and identify new data source, create use case and publishing the analytics content
Education/Qualification
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Actuarial studies, Banking/Finance/Economics, Business, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines
- Proficient in SQL with a thorough understanding of data and systems\' infrastructures
- Have deep technical knowledge and experience in data management, data quality, and/or data governance
- Passionate about the benefits of accurate and actionable data, you drive consistency and enjoy partnering with others to accomplish the task
- Solutions-oriented critical thinker
- Demonstrate the ability to translate business issues and requirements into actionable plans, and to deliver against those plans
- Have the exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions to meet fluid deadlines
- Have the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight
- Effectively handle and maintain confidential information
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Special Skills
- Coding skill in SQL, SAS, or Py
