You will be responsible to oversee the performance across the line of business. Good sense with the latest trend and data centric. Capable of drilling market insights and competitive intelligence to develop effective and relevant marketing strategies plans that will be cascaded to product or event local marketing level. You must also have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing roll out for new campaigns (e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns, etc.). Must have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation. Experiencing in handling multiple projects/ products simultaneously. Self starter, comfortable to work on your own with minimum supervision if situation required. Experience working in start-up or e-commerce and regional exploresure (SEA region) will be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and drive the collaboration with product, local marketing, business development and operations teams to develop a 360 planning. Drive business growth across all target segments via acquisition and retention initiatives that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media, go-to-market strategy, and budget planning React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities Analyse reporting and data across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics Work with key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, events, partnerships, etc. Generate new ideas/initiative for untapped opportunities.
