CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
PROJECT: DATA CENTER
LOCATION: ISKANDAR PUTERI, JOHOR
Lead the M&E team/ work planning and execution across all project stages.
Manage and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical and ELV systems including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, MV/LV power, UPS, Gensets, BMS, security and ICT systems.
Coordinate M&E works to ensure compliance with design, performance standards and data center requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors on technical and commercial matters.
Review drawings and resolve M&E design issues to ensure smooth site execution.
Ensure proper integration of M&E works with C&S and architectural trades.
Lead testing and commissioning of all systems and ensure readiness for handover.
Identify and mitigate M&E-related project risks to maintain safety, quality and timeline.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in construction field, preferably with 1-2 year in data center project.
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, MV/LV electrical systems, ELV, fire protection, security, ICT and plumbing systems.
Detail-oriented with strong design review capabilities; able to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess relevant professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), PMP or equivalent is a Plus
