About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the type of letters issued is in accordance with Business Unit instruction.
• To refer to the previous Letter of Offer and Supplementary Letter Offers/Letter of Notifications.
• Ensure that the new/amended Terms & Conditions are as per the approved Terms & Conditions block in the Facility Package (FP) are incorporated accurately.
• If there are more than one FP approved at the same time, to print all the approved FPs and ensure that all the Pre Disbursement Conditions and Terms & Conditions stated in the respective FPs are duly incorporated into the LO.
• Any clarification or request for further information will be communicated to Business Unit via email.
• Should the FP requires further clarification/approval from Credit Approval (CA) before issuance of LO, to abort the \xe2\x80\x9cLegal Document Generation Instruction\xe2\x80\x9d in bCAS for Business Unit further action.
• To check the pricing / limit against MCL/RBK/FITAS system. If there is a revision (increase) in pricing/reduction of limit, Letter of Notification will be issued with sufficient notice served to customer.
• Ensure the site visit report from Retail Risk Management (RRM) with conclusion \xe2\x80\x9cClean to Proceed\xe2\x80\x9d prior to issuance of Biz Money LN.
• Prepare Supplementary Letter Offer/Letter of Notification/Letter of Offer and forward draft to Checker. Extract LO reference number from the shared folder and update onto the draft copy.
• Supplementary Letter Offer/Letter of Notification/Letter of Offer issued to Branch and uploaded in bCAS within the defined Service Level Agreement.

Job Requirements

• Degree with any background
• Bumi or Non-Bumi candidates
• Able to type letters fast and familiar with Microsoft word and Excel.
• Work accuracy and thorough with duties.
• Able to communicate well.
• Able to complete work within deadlines.
• Responsible and conscientious.
