Strategizing and driving unifi in-base marketing, across all unifi and external digital platforms. Key stakeholder in developing communication strategy for new and on-boarded customers. Key Responsibilities CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT Plan and manage all creative materials for in-base marketing consumer campaigns across multiple media touchpoints Construct and organize creative briefs of all consumer campaigns Supervise agency to ensure smooth deliverables of communication materials; including clarity of brief, systematic follow up and negotiation of 3rd party charges Proof read and evaluate effective copywriting in all creative materials based on the campaigns' objectives and value proposition to ensure maximum efficacy and to pull customers' interest Administer and integrate key stakeholders (eg CX team / product owners / segment team) to ensure all messaging, creative direction and propositions in creatives are aligned according to customer journey, platforms provided by media team and campaign objectives CAMPAIGN REPORTING & ANALYTICS Provide analysis and reporting of campaigns to measure campaign effectiveness Work closely with segment team to gain deeper understanding of consumer segmentation and consumer lifecycle, to be able to propose strategic plans for in-base marketing to increase ARPU BRAND BUILDING & COMMS Drive positive brand sentiment, positive engagements and brand top-of-mind, for all in-base customers Manage in-base marketing communication collaterals and ensure on brand communications. Candidates Must Have Degree in Marketing or in any related field of Communication. 4-6 years of working experience in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Advertising, or Public Relations role, with experience in In-base communication.
