• At least 2 year working experience in similar role
• Experience in glass & metal
• Ability to work well in team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong technical knowledge and problem solver
• Able travel various location of work in Malaysia
• Have entrepreneurial skills and mindset
• Independent and reliable

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily activities of warehouse workers to ensure smooth operation
• Evaluating the performance of workers and ensuring work equipment is available
• Managing staff, coordinating production and distribution and handling any issues that arise
• Addressing any operational challenges and ensuring efficient workflow
• Follow instruction time to time when needed
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
• Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and change orders.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Address any legal or contractual issues that may arise during the project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide regular reports to the top management regarding project performance in relation to contract requirements
• Actively participate in audits related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.
