Responsibilities: Create & maintain a high-performance sales team Lead and drive the development of team and individual\'s performance Collaborative leader who serves as a player/coach to help a geographically distributed team consistently meet goals in a virtual environment Meet and exceed sales targets by building customer relationships & effectively communicating with customers and team members Demonstrate expertise and mastery in sales and sales management function by training to strengthen and increase industry, product, leadership, and sales skills Create and execute a strategic sales plan for team that aligns to organizational goals Support strategizing team members\' pipeline review, account plans, identify opportunities for increased business & efficiency Prominent contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture, and as a brand ambassador Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business 5+ years of B2B sales experience 2 years of B2B sales leadership in sales-related industry and/or SAAS preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
