-To enhance customer acquisition and retention to meet the competitive and challenging market

-To drive and retain business growth through implementing, strategize marketing plan/ strategy

-Plan and strategize business processes and system enhancement to allow smooth operation and increase productivity of the team performance

-Lead and coach the team members to accomplish team objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhere

-Execute prompt response to customer queries by providing excellent services and deliver Brand promise

-Manages the day-to-day operational activities and manpower movement to ensure smooth departmental operation

Job Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with 7 years or adequate business operation related experience with minimum 3 years in managerial position.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.

-Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

-Strong stakeholder management and solid communication skills

-Great planning and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines.
