Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view to achieve division strategy and target on the e-Commerce market/division. . Managing & enhancing merchant business app (HL BizBuddy) and the merchant on-boarding & engagement system, ensuring it is always market relevant, comply to security & regulatory requirements & seamless to customers. . To lead and implementation of a best practice framework & Adaptive replication of best practices that suits the division to achieve business efficiency that translate to target achievement. . Support Manager - Personal Financial Services (Business Project Management & E - Commerce) in driving and delivering the business target & strategy set for the division.
