Job Description

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, any field or equivalent.
• Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus.
• Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written). Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role, or 2-5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care) is a plus.
• Able to work at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• 6 working days, Tuesday - Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations and supervising staff including time attendance, etc.
• Provide leadership and direction to the outlet staff.
• Plan and monitor the sales to achieve sales target.
• Develop and implement outlet policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization\'s standards and regulations.
• Offer excellent professional skincare service to customers
• Hiring and training staff, as needed.
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Director or the Management from time to time.
