Dignity & Services (DnS) is a charity supporting adults with learning disabilities (AwLDs) through advocacy, training, and community inclusion.Bake With Dignity (BwD) is our social enterprise bakery providing skills training, employment, and job placement opportunities for AwLDs.

We are looking for a committed and proactive Manager to lead both DnS advocacy initiatives and BwD's training and bakery operations.

Job ResponsibilitiesDignity & Services (DnS)

Lead advocacy efforts promoting rights, inclusion, and independence of adults with learning disabilities. Build and maintain relationships with donors, NGOs, corporates, and partners. Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and collaborations. Develop and conduct awareness programmes, talks, community outreach, and stakeholder education.

Bake With Dignity (BwD)

Oversee daily bakery operations: production, workflow, customer experience, and sales performance. Handle enquiries, orders, corporate accounts, and delivery coordination. Monitor inventory, suppliers, and product quality control. Support trainees through on-the-job training (OJT) and coordinate job placement with employers.

Requirements

Degree in Management, Social Work, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working with or supporting individuals with learning disabilities (preferred). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for disability inclusion and social impact work. Able to multitask, think critically, and lead teams effectively.

Compassionate, patient, and people-centred. Organised, reliable, and solution-driven. Comfortable engaging with communities, donors, corporate clients, and government bodies. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
