Maintain good overall asset quality and ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines, Bank's Board ; Management Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

Functional (job responsibilities)Credit Evaluation Approve &; manage consumer loans for Private Banking, Wealth Lending &; Regional Countries. Review, recommend &; present credit related requests to Management Credit Committee (MCC)/ Joint Delegation Authority (JDA). Ensure effective &; efficient decision making within the required turnaround time while adhering to the credit underwriting guidelines and policies. Asset Quality Monitor &; review portfolio exposure & formulate actions or measures to mitigate the risks identified. Maintain good booking quality measured through pre-Impaired Loan, Impaired Loan & Net Credit Loss rates. Risk Monitoring & Compliance Formulate &; manage marginable collateral frameworks. Monitor &; review exceptions, deviations & capping. Streamline &; standardize regional credit & collections good practices for better compliance & efficiency. Others Perform comprehensive range of credit &; collections reviews. Perform supervisory/oversight function i.e. checker role. Perform overriding functions. Escalate or report the presence of issues/ findings. Maintain and exercise control over certain items. Attend any other functions assigned by HOD/ Management from time to time.
