Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and take care all plant, equipment, machinery and ensure compliance to authority requirements. To plan, organize and lead an efficient Preventive Maintenance program for plant, equipment and machinery. Manage subordinates and ensure daily jobs carried out according to the PEM and maintenance plan and achieve the targeted standard. To ensure all plant equipment and machinery are well maintained by maintenance staff. Monitor efficiency, measure reliability and report on PEM issues, improvement opportunities and development plan. Implement continuous improvement strategies on equipment, machinery and maintenance to bring down maintenance cost. Set and manage key performance indicators for all Maintenance Job Request to meet the requirement from the requestor. Liaise with supplier and contractors to ensure materials, supplies and equipment are readily and continuously available for staff to carry out PEM activities Provide training and guidance for worker to meet performance standard. Full support and cooperate to other department in solving factory maintenance problems. Day to day activities of PEM works. Responsible for Company's Policies and Quality Management System (QMS) Responsible for Safety's Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Qualification

Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Machine operation/setting/maintenance/repair or trouble shooting. Reliable and hardworking with proven good employment track record. Excellent leadership, problem solving, integration and interpersonal skills. Able to build a strong culture of teamwork and align departmental goals to the Company's strategic objectives. Working knowledge of best manufacturing practices including lean manufacturing is added advantage.

B. Experience

At least 5 years managerial experience in a high-volume and sizeable manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
