Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspection of construction site to ensure compliance with projects specifications, local building act and Industry Standard (i.e. CIS7:2021)
Verify the construction plans and specifications to ensure that it is align with the quality standard and to address the issue and provide guidance on corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of QA/QC activities, including record of assessment, checklist and report.
Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality management principles, standards procedures and best practice to enhance competency and ensure consistent quality performance.
To lead and implement digitization initiatives by Group Quality Management.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualifications.
At least 7 years\' experience with a Property Developer.
Knowledge/ Experience in product quality auditing and QLASSIC are an advantage.
Strong inclination towards product quality management system.
Able to communicate with all levels of management.
Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
