Job Description

:

• Lead and manage data strategy operationalization for Production & Operations Data by aligning data operations to Data Governance frameworks and strategic plans, fronting the Production & Operations Data business, providing consultation for data acquisition to ensure strategic transformation of Production & Operations through Data.
• Lead and manage value assurance in data facility operations by establishing plans for Upstream data operations with up-to-date and cost-effective technology, defining roadmaps in driving optimum maintenance cost and plans in providing more services to enable more Upstream business to ensure long term investment returns for Upstream.
• Lead and manage effective working relationship and rapport by establishing deep understanding of Production & Operations strategy, requirements and processes, collaborating for data delivery and steering data agenda for Production & Operations to ensure excellent data operations that meets business needs.
• Lead and manage data compliance for Production & Operations Data through enforcement and implementation of Data Framework embedment within Production & Operations data operations, communicating and interpreting Data Framework and Upstream data guidelines and undertaking appropriate mitigation and intervention activities to safeguard interest, image and reputation.
• Lead, plan and monitor the management of "Trusted Data" for Production & Operations data operations by ensuring data availability, monitoring accessibility to data and executing Upstream data quality strategy (quality matrixes, quality data indexes) across data lifecycle to enable business operations and growth.
• Lead and manage data lifecycle activities for Production & Operations Data by monitoring data status from acquisition to disposal and defining requirements and processes in managing Production & Operations data within the different lifecycle phases; and managing databases and data stores for Production & Operations data to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and manage Production & Operations Data by monitoring the data request and feedback, conditioning of data loading and delivering and enforce data entitlement according to data security guidelines to ensure secure and smooth accessibility of Production & Operations Data.

Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering / Business Management / Economic.

Requirement:

• 10-15 years' experience in oil and gas exploration, development and production & operational activities.
