The services of Access Management (IAM) and Data Protection (DP) are fundamental in providing & controlling secure access to tools, while protecting information, needed by a wide variety of users across 70+ markets and territories, in which SCB operates.
The Security Transformation initiative in AM and DP within the Bank will design, develop, deploy innovative tools and processes ensuring the compliance of the Bank with internal and external demands with regards to access management and protecting data collected, processed and stored staying ahead of the curve in an ever-changing security landscape.
The Project Manager / Scrum Master will work collaboratively with various technology and business teams at group and regional levels to deliver changes optimising the AM & DP tools with regards to account creations, access authorisations, audits of access, information classification, threat assessment in a complex set of regional and group systems.
This role requires strong experience delivering change in a rapidly changing environment, problem solving & collaboration mindset.
Responsibilities:
Being Client Focus: Ensuring the project deliveries achieve the customers\xe2\x80\x99 goals
Create/maintain up-to-date project and milestone plans with multiple sub streams from strategy analysis through implementation to go live
Proactively manage the project statuses, financials, RAID(Risk Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and remove blockers
Design and execute the project communication strategy (incl. with senior stakeholders)
Driving adoption and alignment with Agile Project delivery frameworks available in the Bank
Proactively challenge the status quo in AM and DP processes, solutions & life cycle to deliver the best timely outcomes benefiting the customers
Keep project team well informed of the design and execution dependencies within the programme and outside the programme.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Must Have:
10+ years of experience in project management & Scrum Master
3+ years of experience in Access Management & Data Protection services
Hands on experience in delivering changes in cyber securities services
Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative.
Very good standard of English (written and spoken) producing timely & accurate documents using the relevant business and industry specific technical language
Experience delivering in multicultural teams
Experience in end to end delivery of AM & DP systems from vendors such as SailPoint, Beyond Trust, ForgeRock, AD etc.
Good knowledge of major operating systems and infrastructure components (incl. databases)
Pragmatic leader with great attention to detail
Preferred:

Strong communication, Interpersonal, Learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, Time, and People effectively
Proven experience in co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
Experience supporting infra structures assets & databases in Production support team (incl. incident management/ monitoring & tuning)
Experience on tools like JIRA and Confluence.
