Overview:
Join our Corporate Real Estate team to manage exciting real estate and workplace projects, including office fit-outs, renovations and space optimization. We are looking for someone with strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of building services and the ability to manage timelines and budgets while working with various stakeholders.
This role reports to the Manager - Property - Branch Real Estate.
Responsibilities:Assist in managing CRE projects, including branch openings and closures, workplace transformation and infrastructure upgrades.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, landlords, internal teams and business channels to ensure projects align with operational needs.
Monitor project progress closely against established timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively escalating any delays or issues.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, drawings, cost trackers, and meeting minutes.
Support procurement processes, ensure compliance and oversee contractor performance.
Assist in the preparation of Procure to Pay (PtoP) documentation, approvals, and tracking of expenditures, adhering to company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with statutory obligations, safety standards, and corporate guidelines, and provide regular progress updates.
Support post-project reviews, conduct lessons learned sessions to drive improvement, and analyze workplace data (e.g., space utilization).
Assist with Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning and approval workflows.
Jobholder RequirementsMalaysian citizen.
Education/QualificationBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience/Requirements5 years and above experience in corporate real estate, project coordination, or facilities management.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Excel and project tracking tools.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and contract administration is a plus.
