Job Description

:

: * Formulate and manage the implementation of project schedule, cost estimating and cost control, technical review, performance tracking and audit also lead and drive the development of long-term strategies for Front-End Loading and Execution phases.

• Collate resources within PETRONAS in accordance with overall resource strategy, plan and manage the project resource requirement and strategize also formulate industry standards on project planning strategy and approach by exploring for new and niche technologies for Project Control.

• Establish and maintain an effective cost planning and control mechanism for project cost analysis, front end cost estimating and cost budgeting/phasing to monitor and control project costs and minimize variances against approved project cost

• Lead and execute schedule & cost assurance program and ensure the effectiveness in project through forward planning, in addition to manage and execute all capital, small, plant change and projects periodic cost audit and assessment programs.

• Lead, manage, and analyze all periodical management report on project status, project activities, budget status, potential cost impact and anticipated final cost to management and project stakeholder, as well as to lead, control, analyze and evaluate overall integrated projects\' performances and provide recommendations also drive the implementation of project related risk assessment findings and mitigation plans.

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Project Planning or Control.
