Leading a team of property management & customer service staff & ensure efficient and effective management of properties
Ensure the team provide good customer service to purchasers all the time
Manage and oversee the works of agents, contractors and ensure that the property maintenance of estates is of high standards
Ensure management of properties under strata title and management of general maintenance, collections, security and forming of JMB & MC
In charge of Quality Control and work closely with Project team and consultants\' on contractors\' inspection
Liaise with site personnel to ensure all potential and actual quality issued are fully resolved
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree of Bachelor of Estate Management/Property/Building Management or related discipline
At least 3-5 years\' experience in Management of high-rise residential development & gated community of which min 2 years\' in managerial position, in-depth understanding of Strata Management Act 2013
Good organisation skills, ensure all complaints and issues resolve promptly, thoroughness and eye of detail, communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills
Strong in Housing Development practices
