- Leading a team of property management & customer service staff & ensure efficient and effective management of properties
- Ensure the team provide good customer service to purchasers all the time
- Manage and oversee the works of agents, contractors and ensure that the property maintenance of estates is of high standards
- Ensure management of properties under strata title and management of general maintenance, collections, security and forming of JMB & MC
- In charge of Quality Control and work closely with Project team and consultants\' on contractors\' inspection
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure all potential and actual quality issued are fully resolved
- Diploma/Degree of Bachelor of Estate Management/Property/Building Management or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years\' experience in Management of high-rise residential development & gated community of which min 2 years\' in managerial position, in-depth understanding of Strata Management Act 2013
- Good organisation skills, ensure all complaints and issues resolve promptly, thoroughness and eye of detail, communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills
