Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative and public relations strategies that align with the overall company vision and business objectives. Planned, arranged, shot, and edited photographs for events and ceremonies, while assisting in capturing moments from Company activities and other assigned duties. Oversee and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to company SOP. Set project priorities, allocate resources effectively, and manage budgets to optimize project outcomes. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, when necessary, to enhance creative capabilities and expand the team's capacity. Create and present design concepts, storyboards, and mock-ups to stakeholders, providing clear and compelling visual representations of ideas. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in visual messaging across all creative assets. Ensure all artwork aligns with the company's branding guidelines and quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or related fields from a reputable institution. Strong experience in liaise with government officials Minimum 8 years of experience in public relations Proficiency in graphic design software and digital marketing tools. Proven track record of creating visually compelling designs and videos that effectively communicate messages. Creative mind and articulate in speech and writing very well. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, adapting as the external environment and organization evolves. A strong work ethic with experience organizing concurrent multitasked workload for effective implementation

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
