Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve:Preparation of monthly Group consolidated financial statementsResponsible and prompt action in submitting Group Consolidated financial reporting, statutory reporting, audit. Strict adherence to financial reporting standards, and relevant regulatory guidelinesImplementation of consolidation module and enhances existing consolidation and reporting related processesDevelop, implement, and maintain accounting and finance policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of accounting and financial activities including reporting and other corporate policiesIdentify and proactively drive continuous improvement for finance operations of the groupKeep abreast of listing rules and regulations and other statutory requirementsPerform periodic review of key business processes to ensure proper controls and procedures are in place, and to seek opportunities for continuous improvements of the country financeLiaise with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary, and lawyers for audit/tax/banking/legal mattersAll other ad hoc work assigned as required from time to timeSKILLS & REQUIREMENTSDegree in Accounting and Finance and International qualified accountant such as MIA, ACCA, CPA etcA Qualified Accountant with proven successful track record from Big 4 highly preferredWell verse with MFRS/IFRS and statutory financial statements requirementsSelf-motivated and analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills will be preferredAbility to work under pressure & work in a tight timeline givenAbility to work as a team with a collaborative management style.An organized and meticulous person with good eye for detailsProficient in Microsoft Excel and OracleAt Teleport, we\xe2\x80\x99re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
