Job Responsibilities:Platform InnovationLead the evolution of the digital wealth and private banking platform Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to explore new technologies and methodologies. Develop, review and implement business needs, product and project requirement into functional and technical specification process and document.
Product DevelopmentCollaborate with investment advisors, private bankers, product teams, operations and technology teams to enhance and diversify platform offerings continuously. Gather and analyze user feedback to guide product improvements and innovations. Engage, work closely and act as point of reference with subject matter of experts and project stakeholders.
Technology IntegrationPartner with Technology and collaborate with strategic partners to implement next-generation digital wealth management solutions. Ensure technological advancements meet user needs and support operational efficiency. Undertake impact assessment on existing products, Business as Usual (BAU) process, and future enhancement and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
Regulatory ComplianceEnsure the platform adheres to all regulatory requirements and risk management standards in key markets, particularly in Malaysia, Singapore. Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt strategies as necessary.
Stakeholder ManagementEngage effectively with senior leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and cultivate partnerships within the wealth and private banking ecosystem. Communicate clearly and regularly about platform progress, updates, and challenges while fostering an environment of collaboration.
